I found this dealership to be very hard to work with. I do not know how they treat local customers so I cannot review them in that category. But for out of town buyers they are very difficult to work with. I could have purchased the same car at any number of dealerships but chose to buy from Critz. I will not do so again.
Horrible. STAY AWAY!! Mercedes service department is a scam. They will overcharge you and not fix the problems with your vehicle but create more issues.

The service department at Critz Buick GMC was able to diagnose and solve the issue on our 2011 GMC Savana Passenger van successfully and at minimal cost! We had had multiple issues with our vehicle for months and had sought service from multiple mechanics and another GMC dealer without success. The other guys took the diagnostic report as gospel and did not use good old fashioned mechanical know how to solve the problem.
