They were suppose to fix the roof and the sides of the garage, which was the main problem with rodents. They refused saying they don’t do that and they didn’t promise this service, which I discussed over the phone with them throughly. And that was a lie. The owner yelled at my husband and he looks ready for a physical fight.
I left 4 requests. It's been 7 days with no response, yet the raccoon is getting more comfortable. He even walks around during day light hours now as well.
