My husband and I were very disappointed (to say the least) that the rep from Critter Getters was unable to even come close to getting rid of our bats. We paid CG over $1,500 for nothing. OUCH!!! If you've got bat problems in your house, get a recommended bat specialist from the list on the DE Dept of Natural Resources website. CG should have just admitted that our problem was more than they could handle, and they should have pointed us in the direction of DE DNREC, which we had no idea was an available resource for bat probl... read more
