great people great service Great company...I had the best service experiance with Travis and Spencer ....but did show Spencer the compliant that Nicole K states after being encouraged by Spencer, I contacted several people including the MD department of agriculture and the MD cooperative services. They both stated that no problems with this company. Glad we used them
Beware! This business is anything but business-like. They killed an $1,100 tree and several shrubs on our property with their "pest control" chemicals. A horticulturist confirmed this for us. They denied it and then proceeded to bill us for the service, plus interest! When confronted, the "owner" proceeded to curse and yell. Extremely poor customer service and negligent.
