RecommendedWe heard crying/chirping/squeaking in our attic and thought it was a raccoon and her babies. When mowing my side yard one day I noticed quite a bit of pink attic insulation in the yard. I knew something had to be in the attic. Called Critter Evictor and David came out and completed a free inspection and explained that I had raccoons living in my attic. We schedule a time for them to come evict the raccoons. Joseph came out and secured all areas that anything could get in and put a door that critter could get out, but not back in. I spoke with Lee, the ***** of Critter Evictor on Thursday December 13th, 2018 at 9 AM. I explained my issue and told him Monday would be good for me as I am off on Mondays. He said he wouldn't be able to come until after 2:30 and I said that was fine. I gave him all my information. Monday I waited, no show, no call. I called at 3:51 PM and left a message, At 4:54 I sent a text message asking for a call back. It's been 2 days and I have not heard back from him. Lee/Critor Evictor gets a big fat F for customer service.

I want to thank Mr.Lee for coming out and checking out our home and attic for rodents. We saw a rat in our garage after a house became vacant next to us, and we didn't know where it went! Lee offered a completely FREE honest home evaluation to meet us know that there was no trace of the rat or any other friends. Thank you so much. We can breathe a sigh of relief! Overall I am pleased with Critter Evictor's work. The work was done well and has been successful. UPDATE - 14 Sept 2014: Lee came out to my house to help me get rid of rats and to make sure they don't come back. When I posted before I had not had the chance to see if the rats would move back in during the winter months like they had initially.
