Matt responded to our call for help with an unknown critter in our attic one day after we called. Within 15 minutes of his arrival, he had discovered a likely entry point on the roof under a second-story eave. He clearly explained every step he would take to confirm his suspicion, to identify the critter, and to remove it. I can’t say enough good things about Critter Control and Sebastian, in particular. He’s a super nice guy and very knowledgeable. I believe it’s important to have a good relationship with people that you invite to your home. Although the other specialists that have come out have also been awesome, Sebastian certainly fits that criteria, as well. I feel like he’s genuinely concerned with our family’s safety and well-being. He’s a great asset to your company. I would and will recommend Critter Control to anyone that I can!
