Pleasant, courteous, and respectful folks to do business with. Technician was on time and very polite. He was very knowledgeable and did everything he could to make sure I wouldn't have future problems with flying squirrels. Highly recommend these guys!
Highly recommend! We had some bats in our attic, I got an outrageous quote from another company. I called Critter Control and talked to Rob. He was great and had Alan came out day of to do an inspection. The job was complete within a week of him coming out. They saved us hundreds of dollars and got the job done fast!! So glad we went with Critter Control and we will use them again in the future. Thank you guys!!
I do not recommend this company. Dealing with them has required multiple calls to get service, confusion on their part about how to access my property and an offer of a refund for one month's service by the manager which never materialized. Rather than continue, I've terminated them

I highly recommend contacted Critter Control of Richmond. We received our estimate today and are moving forward with this company. Dan took the time to explain bat habits and what is recommended for safety by cdc and wildlife agencies.
Alan was very professional and took care of my bat problem at a reasonable price. I was very pleased.
I wish I had called Critter Control a long time ago. Keith came out to address an invasion of mice. I was relieved after the first visit and knew someone finally had a hold of the problem. Two weeks later Keith followed up to take care of exterior and check the bait stations. Major progress and now we’re hopi g the problem has been rectified, if not all I have to do is call Critter Control.
Alan came out and took care of the bat problem we had. He was extremely knowledgeable of the job required and we would highly recommend him for any type of critter control problem.
