Came home to find a baby raccoon on our living room windowsill. Critter Control(Marshall)came out within an hour and got him/her with no problems!
Don’t waist your time or money! Very disappointed and feel robbed of $300. They did absolutely nothing except leave a trap with cat food and cross their fingers that the raccoon would hop in. When the cage trap didn’t work they switched it out with a bucket. Like it’s gonna jump in a bucket instead of a cage. Didn’t even change up the bait. Absolutely no effort was made.
Do NOT use this company! They trapped this poor raccoon like this (see photo) and it screamed all night long until a neighbor was able to get it rescued. Thankfully, the rescuers think it can be rehabilitated but this is TORTURE AND ABUSE. Any company that thinks torturing an animal like this is okay is DESPICABLE AND INHUMANE. This trap could've trapped a cat, a bird, a squirrel, or anything other animal. Stay away from these people!
Prompt response, fair pricing. Bobby was very thorough with an inspection of the building and he explained everything he was doing. Trapped our squirrel and took him to release. Very professional, knowledgeable and a real animal lover! I would highly recommend!
