Very unsatisfactory experience. Spent more than $400 to rid my attic of squirrels. Critter Control set traps, failed to catch any...and there was no followup. The squirrels are still living with us and the company will not respond to my emails or return my calls. Waste of money.

DO NOT USE CRITTER CONTROL FOR WILDLIFE REMOVAL!!!! I was under the impression when I called Critter Control that they would set traps until the raccoon in my attic was gone and the problem was solved. They set traps for 1 week did not catch anything and wanted a fee of $180.00 and when the same raccoon came back 6 weeks later they wanted an additional $150 for coming out and setting traps again to catch the raccoon they cannot "GUARANTEE" to even catch but will certainly charge you for each time they come out.
