He thoroughly inspected our attic where we suspected they were living and assured us they had not entered the attic, and he coached us on how to persuade them to move elsewhere without harming them. After he observed everything and explained to me that I didn't have what I thought was a raccoon(but sound like a human) was actually mice he gave me a clear understanding of what his plan to fix it was. RecommendedKeith was wonderful! He found and closed up lots of places where mice were getting into our house/attic and chipmunks under the house. I didn't want them poisoned but now they can live in the yard (if our dog and cats don't get them) and not in our home!
