This is how they chose to cut my golden doodle. We understood they needed to cut short enough to get the mats out but they completely shaved her. And gave her razor burn. She has open areas under both ears. And they completely buzzed her tail. Definitely would not recommend taking any dog there.
The skilled groomers at Critter clips have groomed our dogs for years and have always done an outstanding job! Our sweet Emma (a mill dog rescue who is very afraid of most humans) was groomed there just today and they were amazing as always!
They did an excellent job of cutting my dog's nails. Most groomers don't clip her nails short enough, but Critter Clips did a perfect job.
I used a coupon so I guess that means not to do it correctly. She was not done by a student. My cats main was crooked, her leges were not blended well at all and her shave is not smooth. I don’t think she was washed either. I told them I bath her and she does not need dry shampoo When I mentioned it I was told that happens when they get tired of being groomed. She has been groomed many times and that has never been an issue.
