These people are criminals!!! They are not licensed by any entity in the state of Texas. Roy Shelton does not carry any pest control license nor does Jose Lopez. Their "account manager" Kara Pena AKA Kara Shelton is also a huge thief, she double and triple charges customers in the hope they will not notice it on their statement.
