Took my dog to get spayed. They took her back and she was the last appointment of the day. My husband went to pick her up and they gave him and extra charge. They claimed my dog was in heat. I guess they think their customers are stupid and try to take advantage of them. My dog just had an ultrasound app on Oct 4th due to a pregnancy scare. The murdered my almost daughter's dog, after calling the wrong pet parents.
They just "ACCIDENTALLY" EUTHANASISED my family/friend's dog. They called the WRONG PET OWNERS. I have used them for years-but this unacceptable af! When I came to ask how they could do such a thing, they called the police on me. I'd like to give ZERO STARS but EVERYONE SHOULD KNOW THEY ARE INCOMPETENT. DR HUBBARD ADMIITTED THE MISTAKE FOR EVERYONE DEFENDING HER AND HER OFFICE.
To sum it up “ I couldn’t call to make an appointment!” Both my numbers were blocked!
I feel like I've found a new family. I am so impressed with the level of care and professionalism of the staff. They are so welcoming, compassionate and truly caring. They go above and beyond. I have switched from my former vet because I can't always wait a week for an appt and sit in a crowded waiting room to be seen because they overbook. I would give them 10 stars if I could.
We took two of our elderly furbabies in this week. It has been a long time since we visited a veterinarian clinic with compassion. From the reception staff to the doctor we were treated by friendly upbeat people, even though it was the end of a long busy day for them. Dr. Jones thoroughly explained all the possibilities for our babies not feeling well, the recommended testing, prompt results of those tests and required medications.
