Called to get help with a very minor pest issue, was quoted a price more than double what I ended up paying from another local service. Work with local business instead and definitely get a 2nd opinion on cost. Ended up spending $165 for same-day service in Fair Oaks CA going with someone else after Critter Bros quoted $399. These guys were awesome! I had a rat problem that was seriously freaking me out, and they took care of it fast. Super friendly and easy to work with from the first call. They showed up on time, explained everything without a bunch of confusing talk, and got right to it. They found where the rats were getting in, sealed it up, and set traps. I highly recommend this place if you have a bat problem. Isaiah was able to get to me within 30 minutes to help with a bat situation inside of our building. Thankful he was quick enough to get here and efficiently.
Critter Bros were so dependable and helpful getting rid of all the rats in our attic. They were super easy to get a hold of and were the most reasonable bid. So thankful that we chose to go with them and will for sure be suing them if needed in the future.
We had an unexpected visitor, a bat in our back room. The Technician arrived and was incredibly helpful and kind and quickly diagnosed the situation. He went above and beyond to ensure the issue was resolved, giving us peace of mind. Exceptional service and professionalism – I highly recommend them!
