Lee came out to measure our transom windows on Sept. 23 2017. We approved the estimate and they told us it would take a couple weeks to get them done. It's now November 7 and we have not recieved one phone call or email. It's getting cold in that room that's why I called in September so I could get these broken windows replaced before winter!!
