From my experience with this company it is worst company to work for. I have been driving for over 26 years. They lie how long you work for them, refuse to pay your last paycheck, they will not run you. I had 50 hours out of my 70 left to work and I asked for a long run for the weekend all I got was 700 for 3 days . They don't answer the phone, took over a hour to get a hold of someone when I got pulled into wgh station because the did not pay for their permits. They will screw you every chance they get . They recruiter lies... read more

Without going into great detail…. I work for CSS for roughly 10 months….. definitely a “Bait and Switch “ hiring process. Also…. They literally pay you what they want, when they want. Dispatchers, from a logistics standpoint are clueless and definitely inexperienced, I think that’s by design. Also, I was lied to on multiple occasions by the “CEO”… It’s monies I’m still owed to this day… but I digress….
