@ Hannah S . I’m not sure if you have the right agency. As one of the owners I am positive I have never seen you before. In fact I have not seen patients in 2 years. We do not abruptly fire Registered Nurses. Perhaps you should speak with your Specialty Pharmacy as to why the nurse is not seeing you . There is also public information you can review regarding your registered nurse that may be useful in helping you figure out why she is no longer with the agency. As an infusion patient for over a decade, I’m pretty well versed in all things pertaining to my monthly infusions. I have been with this agency for a good portion of that time & I was lucky enough to get a regular, fantastic infusion nurse who I had for several years. This nurse was kind, proficient, always on time, extremely reliable, very experienced & her skill level was off the charts.
