My son found these guys when his A/C went out. They quickly resolved the issue for him. So I decided to take my 2005 CRV to them which had multiple things wrong. These guys were not only able to quickly trouble shoot the error codes but very reasonably priced. Being retired military, there are always things a family looks for when we move from place to place. Great experience! I called in about electrical issues and a coolant flush for my truck. I never saw them once. Dropped off truck after hours. Called me the next day to talk about services, located and solved my problem + coolant flush. Picked it up after hours the next day. Honest pricing, much appreciated.
Tyler and the guys at Critical Automotive are extremely Professional and the shop is well maintained. Tyler understood exactly what the issue was with my vehicle and was able to repair it in a timely matter at a very competitive price. My Ford transit cng conversion van was having issues, and another shop supposedly replaced some of the valves but said it needed a new engine. I took it here for a second opinion because the other shop quoted over 8000 for it. I AM SO GLAD I WENT HERE!! The valves needed to be replaced and went over some options.
