I own a 2017 F250 CNG bi fuel truck. Critical Automotive provided superior service and knowledge in maintaining a safe and dependable vehicle. Tyler is a very professional and thorough mechanic.
Critical has become my go-to mechanic. Tyler and his mechanics are ALWAYS so kind and helpful. They take the time to explain everything to you and walk you through it all. They normally get me in and out same day, no complaints!

I had put off changing my transmission fluid well past the time the manufacturer recommended. Tyler was not judgmental about my failure, answered all my questions and educated me on how best to do a transmission fluid flush in the future to get my truck from 105,000 miles to 200,000 miles. No one likes to pay bills for regular vehicle maintenance, but Tyler made it a lot more tolerable. I would recommend anyone to get the expert help of Tyler and his crew.
They appear very honest! When I came in for an inspection, they did not try to upcharge me, or sell me things I didn’t need. Since my issue has to do with the air conditioner, I didn’t request service right away, but will plan to when it gets closer to summer. Prices seem very reasonable compared to other places. Highly recommend! I will definitely be back for this and other car repairs as needed!
