Tyler was extremely professional and knowledgeable. The inspection they did was very thorough and helpful so I could plan maintenance in the future. I had in mind certain things I needed done (and they did them well), but Tyler even threw in free things (an A/C recharge and a new CNG sticker) to help me along! I will definitely be going back, and they do a great job with CNG vehicles.
My experience with Roy’s Transmission Shop was by far the best!! I brought my 1970 Cadillac to them for a transmission rebuild had to bring it back a couple of because of a few issues that occurred. Every time I took it back Mr. Roy, Ms. Kim, and his son were always nice, patient, and professional. They never gave up until they fixed the problem. I highly recommend this Family owned company for any transmission repairs you may run into.
I own a 2017 F250 CNG bi fuel truck. Critical Automotive provided superior service and knowledge in maintaining a safe and dependable vehicle. Tyler is a very professional and thorough mechanic.
Critical Automotive is always my first choice when my I’m worried about my car. Tyler & his mechanics are always friendly, knowledgeable, and communicative! They take the time to explain everything to me in a way that makes sense and help me feel more involved and informed through the process. You will not regret trusting this team!
A+ had some issues with my son’s car took it to 2 other shops prior. Tyler (the owner) was very nice on the phone and said Lewis was the technician that actually found the issue. It’s been over a week and still running great. (Knock on wood) thanks guys now my son as a safe way to get back and forth going into his first year of college!!! 2012 Honda civic
