My experience with Roy’s Transmission Shop was by far the best!! I brought my 1970 Cadillac to them for a transmission rebuild had to bring it back a couple of because of a few issues that occurred. Every time I took it back Mr. Roy, Ms. Kim, and his son were always nice, patient, and professional. They never gave up until they fixed the problem. I highly recommend this Family owned company for any transmission repairs you may run into.
I own a 2017 F250 CNG bi fuel truck. Critical Automotive provided superior service and knowledge in maintaining a safe and dependable vehicle. Tyler is a very professional and thorough mechanic.
A+ had some issues with my son’s car took it to 2 other shops prior. Tyler (the owner) was very nice on the phone and said Lewis was the technician that actually found the issue. I was so impressed with everything with Critical Automotive from my very first phone call with Tyler.
