I had put off changing my transmission fluid well past the time the manufacturer recommended. Tyler was not judgmental about my failure, answered all my questions and educated me on how best to do a transmission fluid flush in the future to get my truck from 105,000 miles to 200,000 miles. No one likes to pay bills for regular vehicle maintenance, but Tyler made it a lot more tolerable. I would recommend anyone to get the expert help of Tyler and his crew.
A wonderful place! The owner is very thoughtful and went above and beyond anything I could ever imagine when it came to fixing my daughter's 2009 Honda Civic. We had no idea what was wrong and they found it and fixed it! Absolutely amazing! 100% recommendation for anyone! Definitely our go to place for our vehicles!!
My son found these guys when his A/C went out. They quickly resolved the issue for him. So I decided to take my 2005 CRV to them which had multiple things wrong. These guys were not only able to quickly trouble shoot the error codes but very reasonably priced. Being retired military, there are always things a family looks for when we move from place to place. Tyler and the guys at Critical Automotive are extremely Professional and the shop is well maintained. Tyler understood exactly what the issue was with my vehicle and was able to repair it in a timely matter at a very competitive price. I will definitely be taking my vehicles to Tyler for any of my automotive needs in the future!
