Came out on June 20th,2022 and stated I needed parts. They stated 4-5 days for parts. It been nearly two weeks and this company DONT ANSWER THE PHONE OR CALL back after leaving voicemails. I went through my insurance company and they don’t even answer or reply back to them. My insurance company stated the company has the parts and they still not answering. If I could I will give this a negative star… This company need to be shut down
We scheduled for a repair using our home warranty insurance.the owner came out assessed what’ve as needed to do the job and informed us parts would be ordered and we should receive a call to come out to repair the appliances in 14-15 days . After 20 days we called to ask for an update and was told due to Covid we are still waiting on shipment of the parts .It has now been 48 days and we can not get a callback from the company.
