We were looking to rent commercial space. They were late for appointments, unprofessional, rude, did not submit our offer to the owner of the property, and just an all out bad experience. I am happy we never did a deal with them as the broker, and we never will deal with a property that has their sign out front.
A Bad Experience that Overshadowed the Otherwise Great Service My initial experience with C&A was a good one. I co-leased with a sister a 4 bedroom condo via phone calls and fax from out of state. Crites' people were helpful, even made a hasty call to the local electric company when they failed to hook-up electricity. As usual, I did a walk through of the condo upon taking possession of it. The home was in great shape except for the carpet, which was destroyed but wasn't a big deal for us with two young children in the home.... read more
