Very pleased with services provided! Mr. Mulvahill was very thorough and informative while inspecting the house we are looking to buy. He provided answers to any questions that I had and also explained his findings every step of the way. Mr. Mulvahill was a pleasure to talk to and I appreciate his careful thoroughness during the inspection. The inspections here run to the long side - this one was around 4.5 hours for a 2300 square foot house. However, the engineers don't waste time - they are constantly going through the house taking measurements and methodically working through a long and involved checklist.
