Horrible! We hired these guys because we wanted a "professional engineer" to inspect our 1846 home before we bought. We paid a premium fee to receive the services they advertise. It was the absolute worst inspection you could imagine. It took weeks to get a report, too late to use to negotiate with the seller under the contract time.
