Great trailer. Needed some minor touch ups over time and they were very quick to fix. Highly recommended.
***BUYER BEWARE*** I purchased a brand new Criterion trailer from Utah Trailer Pros and I’ve had nothing but problems. I used the trailer to haul my Can Am Defender max limited and 2 small dirt bikes. Well under the 4780lbs carrying capacity. I started noticing the skin of the trailer was coming off and the floor boards were shifting. I’ve only owned the trailer for 9 months! Bought brand new, Just a junk trailer roof made of tin foil thin aluminum shredded in 2 years holes leaking everywhere just from driving, one bad axel eats the tires on the out side Absolutely no response from anyone email, phone, voicemail
To this day 3-11-2024 Wade, who is the shop Forman still has not got back to me to resolve the issues with the brqnd new trailer we paid 10k for that was built on a rush order (which we did not ask for nor did we know this was the case), Issues with the trailer have not been resolved, and they are now ignoring my emails. Took in to have some rust on the back of the trailer, and the inside of the trailer cause the steel was not prepped right before painting and when we got it back the back had bad runs on it.
