The host on booking.com says to ignore the signs banning short term rentals in the building. The signs every two feet in the building say do not trust the booking.com reservation, your stay is illegal. lol. Booked two nights, only stayed one because the power went out the second afternoon in my unit. Location is great, easy access.

Great apartment overall—the space is comfortable, well-maintained, and in a great location. Unfortunately, the experience is overshadowed by the manager, Shuja Paul, whose behavior is completely unacceptable. He consistently disregards tenant rights and appears to violate multiple tenant laws on a regular basis. It creates a stressful and frustrating living environment. It’s a shame because the apartment itself has so much potential, but management seriously needs to be addressed.

Do NOT stay at these apartments! They are nothing like the photos on booking.com and they seem to be illegal. It’s unbelievable that they’re charging $300/night for these

Every square inch of the building has threatening signs written by management. One sign would suffice but management has chosen to leave the same sign literally posted on every wall on the building. Some inches apart from another. Also management has allowed some other tenant to become vigilantes and they have grown so bold as to harass whoever they don't like. Not exactly a place anyone would want to call home
