Every square inch of the building has threatening signs written by management. One sign would suffice but management has chosen to leave the same sign literally posted on every wall on the building. Some inches apart from another. Also management has allowed some other tenant to become vigilantes and they have grown so bold as to harass whoever they don't like. Not exactly a place anyone would want to call home
Great Apartment but the manager Shuja Paul is out of control. He is breaking countless tenant laws daily
Airbnb'den kiraladığımız bu apart çok güzel bir konumda ve çok fonksiyonel bir yerdi. Tavsiye ederiz. Ancak komşular Airbnb misafirlerine karşı tavırlılar. Yüzyüze hiç tacizleri olmasada duvarlara "böyle kiralamaların eyalet kanunlarına aykırı" olduğuna dair yazılar astılar ve mağdur olacağımızı anlatan yazılar astılar. Gerilmedik değil.
Criterion Promenade is a lovely place to live, except you need to make sure that the accounting department is not accidentally charging you for fees or expenses that are not applicable. The staff is friendly and does take the time to make sure that the students are happy & safe. Other than a little wasted time on having to double-check the billing department, the overall experience of living at Criterion Promenade is fabulous for a college student.
