My experience has been nothing short of great! I know they are quite busy but they do get back to your calls and e-mails. I haven’t had a bad experience. At times they are also held back by the state and Medicaid regulations.
No one ever answers the phone.
Totally do NOT recommend! Its virtually impossible to get a return phone call or email. Takes dozens of calls b4 they even pick up phone. There are plenty of companies that do the exact same thing! Choose one that that will be more reliable to work for in the home health field.
