Don't waste your precious time with this company. I was approved for in home healthcare for 40 hours a week on April 8th, it is now May 15th. I've been trying to get these people to approve somebody since the 15th of March!! The girl that they hired for me, had to be trained, pass background check ect. So why didnt they have someone already available?? . I called to find out when she can start, and they said that "she might have car problems, and she doesn't know if she can start until Thursday or Friday. But maybe tomorrow ... read more
My experience has been nothing short of great! I know they are quite busy but they do get back to your calls and e-mails. I haven’t had a bad experience. At times they are also held back by the state and Medicaid regulations.
No one ever answers the phone.
Totally do NOT recommend! Its virtually impossible to get a return phone call or email. Takes dozens of calls b4 they even pick up phone. There are plenty of companies that do the exact same thing! Choose one that that will be more reliable to work for in the home health field.
