these guys had to regrout the floor in my entire house one year after I closed on a new construction from Toll Brothers. In the process, they broke personal belongings and were supposed to reimburse me for my hotel stay while they worked on the floor. When it came time to get reimbursed, they said corporate policy is to wait 60 days. What an absolute joke of a company. I believe the only reason they are in business is because the builders prefer cheap! 2.5 years in our “new” house and they have yet to fix our cabinets.
