Don’t really no where else to complain about this, so I guess I’ll just go ahead and leave a review here. I live in the neighbor, and I was walking my dog this morning. She likes going around the lab because there’s a grass field and she often sees squirrels around the trees there. So when I walked by I saw a guy coming towards us heading to the lab. First and foremost I want to say this was the worst place I have ever worked in my life I literally had to go to counseling because this job mentally drained me. Let’s start from the interview date in July 2023, I came in thinking I found my dream job I had an interview with Yolanda for the quality department. Read the negative reviews and avoid doing any business with this company. Their is no culture, no accountability for the awful leaders and the rewarded people for their awful behavior! HR doesn't defend whats right but who they like and thats the same way for the people who supposed to be leads.They have employee who is not paid to be leaders but like to call the shots like leaders and they are awful! Do not work or order to this company! Please do not send your loved ones to work their facility to be mistreated, used and harassed by personnel in management. HR does not listen or do anything about solving issues, complaints and indulge into retaliation. This place has lost a host of employees due to their lack in accountability and how they treat ppl. If you order a part be prepared to get them when the tech feels like it because no department in the building works as a team! Im sure the company will get shut down shorty ... read more
