I am disappointed about this company. They order food thru apps and promised big tips to drivers but they ending only giving a very small fraction of what they promised. In this case, they promised approx $28 in tips but only gave $10. Most drivers live in Palo Alto our expenses are the same as anybody else who live in Palo Alto. We all know Palo Alto is a super expensive city so why being cheap to people who make us life easier by bring our food to our door???
