Critelli Glass did a great job with replacing the windshield on my Honda Accord. They finished well ahead of schedule. And, upon finding a post-installation issue with my hands-free microphone for my car radio, they were quick to help me solve the problem. I definitely recommend Critelli Glass.
if you’re a women or want good customer service i’d recommend literally anywhere else over them. i had one of the worst experiences after picking up my car from a windshield replacement. After i got my keys back and went to get in my car, my key fob wouldn’t unlock, lock or remote start the car. i went back in and let them know something was wrong & that it was not like that when i dropped it off and i needed it fixed. I had a piece of glass that other places either wouldn’t touch or said couldn’t be done. AJ figured it out and got it replaced without any hassle.
