We picked up a large rock while driving to Billings in our motorcoach and needed a repair to avoid it spreading before leaving town in three days. Our insurance company suggested Critelli Glass in Billings. We spoke with Jill at the office and within minutes she had us on the schedule. She was professional, pleasant and very helpful. While traveling across Canada through heavy winds, my windshield got hit by some debris. It ended up causing a crack to form and I still had to get across the US to the east coast. While safelite and econoglass couldnt do it, Critelli got me in immediately and in 30 minutes I was on my way. Walked me through what work was going to be done and got me on my way so I could get driving. Price was reasonable for two drill and fills! Thanks for getting me back on the road.
