Oil change and other repairs went good
I made an appointment 4 days ahead of time for a key fob replacement. When I showed up they told me that 1) they did not have a key fob 2) they don't take appointments on Saturday even though I have the confirmation email and 3) wanted to charge for a full hour of labor at $225 to program the $250 fob. Silliness. Will order online and take it somewhere else, never to return here for any other service. A phone call could have saved this pointless trip and frustration, but apparently nobody is paying attention over there.
