Service was great Kim was very easy to work with I would highly recommend.
Routinely lie about when a vehicle will be finished, lie about having called and left voice mail, can't tell a single true thing to save their lives. Will NEVER use this place again. I was supposed to have my car Friday, and all I have is excuses and bullshit lies about why I don't.
This place is great! This is the second time I've used them for repairs (neither accident was my fault). Both times I never had to deal with the insurance company myself, Criswell took care of everything. They kept me well informed on the status of my car and even though there was extensive damage to the rear of my car the repairs were done in one week. My car looks beautiful and the customer service was excellent! I would highly recommend Criswell Collison Center!!
