Mrs criswell came and gave me a estimate which I had several done but her price was fair and didn’t force me with rules that top knotch had and other cleaners imposed just to have my house cleaned. She came on time for estimate , sent me a very detailed itemized contract which listed everything in detail I wanted cleaned at a flat rate for each service. Her and her crew was very polite and did a fine job cleaning. I come off a little picky but she passed my walk thru test with no problem. My test is basically above doors and... read more
This woman stole money from me. I should have known to not pay before services complete. She didnt even clean the downstairs of the house. Do not hire this woman. Shes a total fraud.
I must admit I was very disappointed in the service I received. When Cynthia came to give me a quote I explained to her that I wanted a "spring cleaning" meaning everything scrubbed down except for the walls and ceilings. She did not do the doors or windows on the doors, was supposed to clean the inside of my cabinets in the kitchen (did not do this), she did not do the baseboards going up the stairs or any baseboard or doors upstairs. i have other cleaners before and they had missed a few things but mrs criswell went above and beyond my expectations she was very polite and on time as well she gave me a more than fair price and did everything i asked and then some my house is the cleanest it’s been for a while her attention to detail was on point and she had cleaned a-lot of little things i did expect her to i would recommend her and her staff to family and friends and i look forward to steadily coming back i just wanted to say thanks and look forward to m... read more
