Criswell is a well established business with deep family roots. My grandparents bought from them in the 1970s. I am still buying from Criswell in 2025. There is no other dealer that compares to them in customer service and hospitality.
A Great Sales Experience and I was Mr. Roy's 1000th Customer. I bought a '25 Mojave X Gladiator in the 1941 green from here. The pricing, the trade allowance, the price on the extended warranty,= the overall process was good. I like the steps taken by Mr. Roy of the truck prep in the delivery stall, and the way he was personally involved helping transfer my personal items from my last truck to the current one. He even caught my steering wheel cover after I did a final check! A pleasant experience overall!
