It was a great experience when purchasing our Jeep with Criswell. Michael was friendly and had a great customer service skills. I would highly recommend Criswell to my friends and family if they are interested in buying a Jeep or another vehicle.
I was extremely impressed with the Criswell. I drove from Richmond Virginia to purchase my Ram 3500 diesel truck and I was in and out of the dealership in less than an hour. I would highly recommend the dealership.
Got oil change & tires rotated and a 2nd clear coat. James was great checking my jeep in. When I picked up the Jeep, Mikey explain he did not change the low beam head light due to they would need to remove the front bumper and this would cost $500.00 to change it. This is totally outrageous since my husband did it the next day and it only cost the price of the light bulb $20.00. Really?
Highly recommend! Went in and Jordan helped me with the purchase of my dream SUV. If I ever need another vehicle I will 100% go to Criswell
