I have bought 3 vehicles through Criswell, and have had them routinely serviced by Criswell. They offer a ride home and back from the service dept. through Uber/Lyft. Service dept always communicates through text/calls to keep you informed on progress of service/repairs.
If I can give a negative (-) review I would, but I had to settle for 1 star. Criswell performed wrong service, double charged for installing a radio, all the oil leaked out, the technician bent a part and I had to pay twice for same service. Requested someone to look over my complaint but nobody paid attention. Bad service and absolutely no customer service! Beware!!
My service advisor was Lucas Krause. He is knowledgeable, detailed oriented and nice. Criswell Chevrolet is lucky to have him.
