Russell is great to work with and finds cars that meet our needs. We needed to replace our Cruze that got totaled in a crash. Wanted a Trax, which wasn’t available, so Russell suggested a Trailblazer. We’re very happy with it. Got a good deal as well. If you go to Criswell, ask for Russell.
I don’t recall visiting Criswell Automotive. However, they continue to send this survey to me for whatever reasons. So, all I have to say is my experience was forgettable. Unlike an unforgettable experience that I would remember. Please stop sending your survey
Went in for a manufacturer covered issue. Service was great, staff friendly. I got a complimentary car wash which I appreciated. Shuttle service was included but I did have to wait 2.5 hours for pickup after the service was completed which threw my day off (I live 15 minutes away)- hence the one less star
We had a great experience with Anthony. In and out in a few hours. He was communicative before our appointment and efficient with the sale.
