On July 13, 2025, I received an email from Criswel auto saying that my car tires were due for rotation. I confirmed this request by checking the performance menu. On July 15, 2025, I took my car to the Germantown location for the tire rotation service, unaware that the service was not covered under my contract. On 04/25 we got a jeep, the finance, manager oriental guy push to buy a extended warranty or gap as i costumer i know my needs and i don't apreciate some one push me to buy, xtras any way I bought a extended warranty so I can leave to pick my daughter i never come back hee REMEMBER THEY NO GOING TO LET U GO UNLEESS U BUY SOME XTRAS
