I have no problem with the actual work performed- that was fine. I had a new battery installed. Kellie in the service department was good. My review is based on what I was told when I bought the car. When I bought my RDX, one of the selling points was the car wash you receive every time you bring your car in for service. Well, the attached photos (barely touched the back of the car, wheels dirty, windshield was a mess) show what a half-ass job was done. Mike Marcus was wonderful to work with. Very knowledgeable and friendly. We purchased our first Acura from Criswell, brand new 1990 Integra, still buying cars from them.
