Quick service and very informative and helpful
I'm late with this review because I had to get my thoughts together plus I have been trying to enjoy the New SUV but I have to say my experience with Criswell Acura was nothing short of Amazing. I came to Criswell late for an appointment on a weds after work a week before Thanksgiving of 25 not knowing the traffic around that time was that bad. The service advisors are kind and genuinely seem to work together to make sure customers are taken care of, even when the customer isn’t directly theirs—which is refreshing and appreciated. That said, the company’s billing practices left a bad impression. I was told there was a 3% credit card fee that would be removed if I paid with a debit card. I had an excellent experience at Criswell Acura. It was my first time going to a car dealership by myself and I was unsure of what to expect. The salesperson I worked with (John Ambrose) was very helpful though! He was respectful throughout the entire process which I greatly appreciated. I definitely plan to return to this location once I am ready to buy.
My experience at Criswell Acura today was very good thanks to Marcus Pizzuto. Marcus gave me amazing customer service. He was very responsive, and extremely flexible when I changed my appointment day/time several instances at the last minute. He worked to get me the best deal he could, as well as making sure the car was up to my liking. And everything he did felt genuine, not fake interest like many other sales people out in the world.
