Wow!! Eric in the parts department has been amazing!! We have used the parts department previously and had some issues. Ever since Eric has been assisting us we have had no issues!! We here at Autobody Images will use no other dealer. We highly recommend the service and quality at Acura of Annapolis!!!!
Let me say this, the customer service and follow up of this dealer is good and the service is good. I will say however, the "old school" sales and leasing tactics are annoying and will result in not leasing another vehicle at this location the low ball "black book" , "auction value" for my 2024 Lease Trade-In was an insult in trying to obtain the $1,300 - $2,600 in equity for a low mileage leased vehicle. As the young folks say, "the math ain't mathing". Sorry guys I'll need to go to your competitors.
My son was looking for a used car and he was a first time car buyer. The Criswell Team was amazing.
