Don't let anyone else touch your good rugs! – What a wonderful place to do business. They are prompt, couteous, kind and did a fabulous job on my rugs. They look better than they did when I purchased them. I had to "visit" my rugs to pick out a paint color. Mary was super nice and a really good help. She actually dropped what she was doing to help me with incredible patience. I think it was her husband who had the rug moved to the front office so that I could see it in the proper light. Great company to clean and sell your rug – I had a rug cleaned ib 2008 and it had never looked better. In 2009, we redecorated and consigned another rug there and it sold several months later and I could not be more pleased with the service or the sales experience. I have recommended Cristomar several times and my friends have been very happy as well.

Beware of leaving rugs on consigment – I want to share my experience with Cristomar. We left a lovely oriental rug (about 8'x11') for consigment sale in September 2006. We saw the rug there later that year, but did not return to reclaim the rug until March 2009, assuming it was still there. They said it was in the back and could not be retrieved until Monday. Great cleaning! I brought my rug in that has not been cleaned in 15 years and it looks fabulious. The pet stains are gone and my rug dose not make my house smell anymore. The pick up service was fantastic and the new pad makes the rug feel soft. I will be calling for the other rugs for the holidays.
