Amazing coaches!
I attended the gym a few times to get tips on how to do a proper rope climb. I was met with Steve on all the occasions who was more than helpful to me. He gave me tips and took the time out to show me proper form. The facility is very clean and I would highly recommend this place for all levels of fitness. Steve has incredible knowledge and is very personal and really takes the time to help. Thanks again!

I've been attending Cristini Athletics Markham since October 2024, participating in various programs offered including personal training; Crossfit classes; physiotherapy and various events. Steve (owner) is incredibly thoughtful, knowledgeable and will work with you to obtain whatever your fitness goals are. I was very hesitant and intimidated to join any cross-fit classes as I believe you needed to be a "cross-fitter" to do cross-fit. That is absolutely not the case.
