Great gym with an awesome culture and supportive coaches who really care. I was brand new to CrossFit a year ago and felt welcomed right away. Workouts are challenging and constantly changing, and the flexible class times make it easy to fit into any schedule. Highly recommend!
My child Aiden has been training with Coach Youssef at Cristini Athletics, and the CST program has helped improve his overall speed and strength, as well as his confidence on the ice. I’ve noticed positive changes in both his performance and attitude toward both hockey and soccer. I highly recommend this program for young athletes looking to take the next step.
A huge shoutout to Coach Youssef and Cristini Athletics for an incredible summer CST program! Youssef's training helped both of my kids improve dramatically across the board. We're so impressed with the results and how much they grew in the program. I highly recommend this program if your child is in competitive sports to help give them an edge, or even if they are not, just to give them a healthy habit besides video games.
