What a great experience! Mike walked us through gemstones, diamonds and how to select what would work for us. There is NO other place in the city like Cristina's. This happened to be our first stop when we went out looking for a ring. We left to go look at other jewelry stores, but came right back. The rings at Cristina's we looked at were one of a kind. The customer service is amazing and we will be coming here again.
This is the only place I would trust with my jewelry. My grandmother left me a beautiful gold ring that needed cleaning and they did a fantastic job. They also educated me on jewelry and rings and quality. I’ve been to several jewelers in the San Antonio area and some have ruined rings I’ve brought them. Never again. I will only come here for any sizing or cleaning needs. They know what they’re doing there and they are high quality for a decent price. Family owned, trustworthy. 10/10 they’ll take care of you.

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. I brought in a family heirloom engagement ring with immense sentimental value to me knowing that it was in need of some repairs. Mike was incredibly informative and educational, taking me through the history of the diamonds in the ring, the age and style of the ring, and the process they would use to repair it properly.
