If you are looking for a professional, accomplished, experienced therapist who can help you cope with or even overcome anxiety, depression, trauma, low self-esteem or relationship concerns - I highly recommend Cristina Leoni. She uses talk therapy as well as EMDR and mindfulness when appropriate. Most importantly - she genuinely cares about the well-being of her clients.
