Poor Care The new office building is just gorgeous, it's too bad the experience doesn't match. This place is a factory. They usher you in and out, doctor cares more about seeing the next patient rather than listening to what you are there for. I have had the same abdominal pain for over 8 months and I'm tired of hearing, add fiber, etc... Very slow to respond, results take forever, and you're lucky if your phonecall is returned within the same week. Thank goodness they aren't they only doctors around.
dmv or medical office I so far have not been at all satisfied with Rancho family. I went for 6 appt. in 4 months and now a total of 8 months have gone by with symptoms and weight loss getting worse. I have been treated rudely. Test results are VERY slow. I still have not seen a smile from any staff member. I still suffer today and have not found one compassionate person at this facility. I will for sure switch groups!! PROS: I can find another group CONS: I have wasted my time and money

Medicine and A Wonderful Staff! There are choices in medicine. Why not go to a center that treats you as an individual, not as a number on a form? The staff at Rancho are friendly, caring and, believe it or not, they LISTEN when you speak! They will offer the finest treatments based on ALL the knowledge they can gather, from tests and from speaking with each patient.
