Dr. Balcescu and the staff at Summit Orthopedic & Spine Institute in Casper, Wyoming are top notch. My husband needed a major back surgery after trying multiple other options that didn’t give him relief. We went to Dr Balcescu when he was in Sheridan and followed him to Casper.
