Dr. B spent time with my wife and I and explained what I need to have done and the urgency. This was a surprise to my wife and I because we came to see him for something much more simple. Dr. Balcescu and the staff at Summit Orthopedic & Spine Institute in Casper, Wyoming are top notch. My husband needed a major back surgery after trying multiple other options that didn’t give him relief. We went to Dr Balcescu when he was in Sheridan and followed him to Casper.
