Genie started out responsive and professional and I specifically was told that she and another braider would be doing my hair. She scheduled my appointment for 7am and I arrived at 645 am and informed her I was there. She stated she was almost there I messaged her 40 minutes later cause she still hadn't arrived and she stated she had to pick up her other braider and she was 5 min away.
