HORRIBLE customer service. Extremely rude!!!!!!!!!!!
The pizza is superb and the owner/staff are magnificent. By far the best pizza in Hampton Roads!!
We really love the NY style pizza that they make, and we order from them often. I would like to see them be a bit more friendly when answering the phone, and when entering the restaurant. Despite the "cold" welcome we love the pizza, as this style is what we are used to eating in northern Pennsylvania and New York! I'd also love if they would offer delivery because not many establishments offer that service in my neighborhood, and we live only 3 miles away!

First time going there service was good food was awesome waitress checked on us and the owner came around too. I will go back again
If you want New York flavor and New York style pizza this is the place. If you want Italian entrees with the real flavor give it a shot.
