Crist Plumbing & Heating replaced both my water heater and geo thermal system this year. From the initial call with their customer service employees to the installers, the process for both was very punctual, honest, and quality driven. The owner even made house visits to discuss options for the geo thermal system before replacement work began and returned to inspect the quality of work before final payment was made. I would highly recommend using Crist Plumbing & Heating for any projects big or small.
Had a wonderful experience through removal of old and installation of new hvac system. The men were very knowledgable of the installation, plus a few obstacles, which they worked through. Any questions or changes were presented to me before completing. Thoroughly cleaned premises when done. Highly recommend to anyone looking for professional services.
Our AC unit went out on Sunday night, and Crist had us up and running by 10 AM Monday morning! They were fast, professional, and polite—and best of all, they didn’t try to upsell us on anything we didn’t need. I’ll definitely be using Crist for all my future heating and cooling needs!
