The worst salon experience of my life. I bought a voucher for a haircut and highlights, but after the haircut, I was suddenly told I had to pay an extra $25 plus a $10 fee to get the service I had already paid for. It felt like a complete rip-off. The stylist was rough — constant pulling and stretching of my hair — with zero professionalism. My hair is dark blonde, and the highlights should have been lighter to actually show, but I left with no visible difference at all. Whenever i visit Crissel's Salon It always feels like Family! Everyone at Crissel's Salon is friendly , accommodating, personable, and professional. Suszie Thank you for the great condition and cut, I always enjoy our conversations and leave feeling refreshed, relaxed, and like a new person!!! See ya all next time!!!

This review is looong overdue. I’ve been coming to this salon since 2021. I use to live 30 mins away from this place and even now as my commute is 1 hr 30 mins on the train - the experience here makes it worth it. I get my haircuts/blow out with Rosie. She’s awesome!! My mom occasionally gets her hair cut here also and each stylist has done a good job. I’d recommend this place to anyone.
