Today was the day eating at Crispy Edges for the last time . The place started off nice I honestly liked ordering my own food at the window . Not looking at a nasty trashcan was nice too, but then that all fell apart. Today when I was forced to order a pick up order using a robot(calling it in as I was driving) I was like no thank you, not to mention if you’re paying cash no one will answer the phone. Thank you crispy edges team for handling our group of 30 last night! You all did a great job. The 2 young ladies working our very long table were delightful. They were very sweet and attentive. Our drinks were filled, our food was good and our service team was impeccable.
food is good, but service and food is excruciatingly slow. every time we have dined in the food takes forever and sadly its the same when you order it togo. placed an ordered for pick up tonight and they said 20 minutes… 40+ minutes later its still not ready and its just 1 pepperoni pizza.
