Hi, I booked this service 2 days prior for Saturday 8:30AM appointment. Crispy Clean never showed, however I received a text the same evening requesting an alternate appointment due to a scheduling software problem. We scheduled for the next day at 9AM. On the next day, the crew arrived 22 minutes late for the appointment. I observed the car getting cleaned and asked a couple questions about the process to the forewoman/person in charge and she seemed very annoyed by my questions.
