I had maintenance work done on the garage door for which the technician replaced components that had worn out out and the technician also spotted a safety feature that was left out in the past when the door was put in place by a different garage door company. Perfect! They contacted us quickly after we contacted them. They were knowledgeable and accommodating and discussed all the pros and cons of our choices. The door was delivered on time as well as the installation was perfect. We are very happy with the R18 door as well. The brand new belt drive is extremely quiet. The windows as well as an interior motion sensor is a great feature which we've never had before. We would highly recommend these windows.
