Ordered a chicken bacon ranch and a lemonade, the drive through lady was confused but I didn’t mind until someone behind me honked for taking too long even though I was just waiting for my one salad, anyway I get home and I have someone else’s order, Foley, I hope it was you who honked at me and I hope you enjoy your plan salad, your southwest was amazing 💗

I understand when you are dealing with an assembly line type of process when putting bowls or burritos together. However you should at least clean the station when you are not busy or have someone to clean the stations as often as they can. When I saw how dirty the food line was and lack of any attempt to clean really turned me off from wanting to ever eat there again.
