I placed a pick up order at 5:30pm for a 6:15 pick up. I arrived at 6:25pm and said I had a pick up order and gave my name. The kid at the front looked confused and didn't come back to tell me if they had it or were making it. I waited 20minutes for them to make my bowl and they proceeded to serve 5 people before even addressing me. No apology for the inconvenience and I paid $18 for this bowl. I won't come back here.
Absolutely horrible wait times stood here for 30 mins before I was even able to get my order and then it was still wrong would give this 0 stars if available Absolutely ridiculous 😑
Everytime we order the wait is 20-30 past the provided ready time. Left too many times without food
