High-quality ingredients, perfect portion size, and ample space to comfortably sit and enjoy the great food. Lots of healthy options to choose from.
I love the food here, it’s so wholesome but their protein portions were so small. I got 4-5 bits of chicken which is not enough protein. When I reached out to get this resolved they told me verbatim “we’ll add a few points to your account” which I got a grain bowl which is 200 points. When I responded and told them I didn’t have an account and i’d prefer a voucher, they stopped communicating with me. Outstanding customer service! The owners take extreme pride in their desire to give back to the community in which they have chosen to be home for their location. This by far, is my favorite C&G out of all of them. I have never had a bad experience. Zig Ziglar said, “you don’t build a business, you build people and people build the business.” I believe this to be true with this location. It is rare that an online order is done on time and made correctly at this location. They seem to be under staffed and/or the process is not efficient from when the order arrives to when it is created. The new app is terrible, which may not be helping the kind workers.
