Very professional , friendly and good to work with. Would recommend!!!! Was able to accommodate our busy schedule!
Did not personally hire Crisp Appraisals, but they were hired by our bank to appraise land for a mortgage. Not only were they given specific directions, but parcel information also prior to appraisal. They still managed to appraise the WRONG LOCATION. Not only did they not even so much as apologize, but had the nerve to ask how we knew their appraisal was incorrect. Fortunately for us, the appraisal had a large picture of the front of the property on it...the picture THEY took and included as our property...was not our prope... read more
